beautiful, natural portraits of grand-daughters visiting from new zealand
Last week I had the pleasure of photographing two beautiful young ladies (Miss “D” and Miss “N”) visiting for a few weeks from New Zealand. This was a special portrait session organised by their grandmother who lives here in Australia and I was so pleased to be able to capture some very natural and relaxed images of them while they were here. To share a few images from the shoot …

Late last year I took the plunge and entered 4 images in the Portrait category of the WIPM (World Institute of Photographic Masters) 2008 Awards competition.  This was my first time entering this organisation’s competition, so was very excited to receive the results this week - 1 x Silver Merit and 2 x Bronze Merits.   I can’t take all the credit though ;) , so a big thank you to my beautiful ’subjects’ for making the images possible! :)   If you would like to check out the other WIPM Award winning images visit: WIPM Awards.  Here are my 3 images ….
