natural family portraits
Last weekend I had the pleasure of photographing a lovely family in a beautiful park location on a gorgeous spring afternoon :)  It was wonderful to see a family with grown up children  relaxing, laughing, joking and enjoying being together while photographing some natural family portraits.   Making the most of the glorious golden late afternoon light we pretty much had the park to ourselves, except for a resident water dragon lizard which to everyone’s amusement kept moving closer and closer to me as I photographed on the river bank! lol   To share some of my personal favourite images from the session . . .

sisters being together - natural child portraits
A ’sneak peek’ from a portrait session from the weekend of two sisters “Miss B” and “Miss T” who had a wonderful time playing and exploring together!  The girls had so much fun running around, playing ring-a-ring a rosie, throwing leaves up in the air - after some of their initial energy was used up they stopped long enough for some quieter portraits and even some kisses and cuddles - so adorable!  Also a big thank you to their grandmother who was a fantastic help at the shoot and a bit of a natural with the light reflector ;)

personality plus! - child portraits
