a special start to 2010 :)
A special post and images to start off 2010 :)Â Â
It is quite rare that my Mum will agree to let you snap a quick photo of her, let alone agree to sit for some natural portraits!  But, I did say this was special ;) - as it was my Mum’s 80th Birthday at the end of 2009 so to celebrate she wanted to have some portraits done to send to a very good friend down south and also for a printed book I am working on as a project to show images of her throughout her life.  As Mum loves plants, greenery and flowers - it was very apt to photograph her outside in the little greenhouse courtyard area at home, with her birthday flowers. :)   To share a couple of my favourites:
